Advanced Code Group (ACG) is a Pennsylvania Certified Third Party Agency under the PA-UCC. We provide building, energy, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and accessibility inspections and plan review services. Advanced Code Group can supplement the needs of your municipality or provide full service BCO, building inspection and plan review services. ACG is fully equipped to handle any size municipality with fast response times to inspection requests and plan review services.

Permits

In order to insure the safety of Pennsylvania residents, the state has adopted the Uniform Construction Code. All new construction, including additions, decks, porches, steps, ramps and pools must meet these new standards and have a building permit prior to starting work. Building permits are also required for most work in existing commercial buildings. ACG is a Certified Third Party Agency and now issues building permits in multiple Pennsylvania municipalities.

Plan Review Services

Architects, Engineers and Designers are encouraged to submit their drawings in PDF format for review to save time and paper. Part of our Green initiative.
